The goal of this project was to create a home that’s very much about family spaces and entertaining friends. Great thought went into connecting public rooms with outdoor spaces so movement from one to the other is easy. There are no “dead end” rooms on the first floor except the private study and living room areas. The lower level is all about fun. We created a striking half round wine cellar, pub-style bar, golf simulator and billiard area for everyone’s entertainment.
